Meet Our Team

Rosie is the founder of A&R and is the one who handles the business end of things. She is often a client's first point of contact and is always busy networking and building vendor relationships. When Rosie is not in the office, she is on the hunt for new and unique pieces to add to our inventory. Rosie is often the last member of our team to leave a venue, after an event setup, because she is adjusting small things here and there, making sure all aspects of a client's decor look absolutely stunning and to perfection.

Fun Fact: Rosie loves stilettos so much, that our first logo was a hot pink stiletto!
